If you want to collect your QSL cards from the bureau, then you must deposit SAEs' with the QSL Sub Manager. You DO NOT have to be a member of the RSGB to take advantage of this service. To send cards via the central QSL bureau, you must be a member of the RSGB, otherwise you will have to send them direct.
